If you purchase a month's supply and want to stop, you will need to pay over $100 dollars to do so. They claim this is because of you got their promotion.

I called today to stop my order and was told I had to pay $120. I was not expecting this. In the event I did not stop this order my credit card would have been charged for $347. The was no way of canceling this product from my account.

Very disappointed by the support that was given.

If you enroll in an auto-delivery, you receive a discount compared to what it would cost to place a one-time order. Since you are receiving a discount, you are expected to accept two orders. If you cancel within 14 days of receiving your order you are eligible for the Money Back Guarantee. If you cancel after 14 days and prior to receiving a second order, that is when our standard fee of $125 is issued.

Once you receive a second order there is no fee for cancelling.
