Granted the food plan works but dealing with the order process is terrible. You cannot reach the people to cancel. Too much time is

spent on the phone. Since the plan works what a shame that it is so difficult to order. Then the second month you order what you want and they send what they want. My husband hates popcorn but got

3 bags the second time he ordered. I got those awful noodles when I didn't order them. It is very upsetting. I order on line all the time and this is the absolute worst. Very bad business practices to do this

to your customers. They have a great plan but most places know they

have to send what you ordered. Never had issues like this with other companies.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of ordering experience and getting items i did not order. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of nutrisystem online order. Nutrisystem needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
