I canceled my order on September the 24th of 2015. I get billed for another month on October the 13th of 2015 (374$).

I call and they say they have no records of me canceling my order or me calling when I did about a month prior on the 24th. said they can only refund the dry food not the frozen....im shipping all of the food back to them if they like it or not.

The food was gross, and you can buy cheaper more fresh food from Walmart or any other grocery chain. This is an absolute scam.

The pot pie was literally watery soup with a saltine cracker on top.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $370.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Refund policy, Price, Quality of product, Deceptive marketing and subsitutions.
