I need to speak to a representative and they want to charge me money. This is ridiculous.
I can never get a real person. I have been trying for 40 minutes and it's just going around in a circle.

I'm finding it confusing to make changes to orders. I made a change to an order and they changed the delivery date.
So now, I will have two full orders to find room for in my freezer. After going in circles with the phone rep, I ended up hopefully cancelling future orders. I will have to figure out how to fit all of it in my freezer. The food is good, but I am finding ordering from them frustrating and confusing.
I feel a bit defeated.
I finally just decided to eat the cost but cancel further orders. Let's see if that happens.

My last order, #C19591****, was missing the 20 frozen hamburgers - lunch items. I chatted with a sales rep who provided a link to a form which I completed and submitted a few weeks ago.
I have not heard anything back. I would like my 20 frozen hamburgers to be replaced, please. I have tried calling, but there is always a large call volume and I never get to speak to anyone.
I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years, so I would like to think you would respond. Thank you!

Dissatisfied with product and can never reach person to discuss concerns.
Concerns about the program. I have been on the program for 5 days and have adhered to it.
It have devolved gout.

It is imposible to talk to a real person in customer service.
They tell you to go to there site, what if is an older person, most seniors don't understand computers that well the same with phones.
And if you happen to be an special need person, forgetter. Today when I call to cancel my program they answered right away and try to convinced me to stay. No way in *** I will ever go back to the program.

Won’t Honor Offer
I was offered a promotion of Uniquely Yours Max + which I wanted, but the representative told me that offer hasn't been active since March. That Was on May 6, and again I saw it today and took snapshots of both time.
I have been waiting on the phone for over forty minutes to speak to a supervisor, but didn't get a supervisor, only another representative.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Look at the photos in the left upper corner for the dates of the photo s that I have attached, the dates are May 6 to today, May 31. How can the representative tell me that offer hasn't been around since March?
Problem with my full order being delivered
I contact customer service on 8/19/24 and was told that my whole order including frozen was being delivered on 8/20/24. On 8/20/24 received only dry goods no frozen.
I called customer service and was told that I would receive it later that day or today 8/21/24. I then went on chat just to make sure this was correct. I was told this is not correct that i may have to wait up till 10 days from today, for my delivery. When i went on chat again I was told that basically i was a liar and was not told this.
Now today I went on chat and was told up to 10 business days for frozen food.
I need my frozen food now and running out of food. Was told that i could cancel my next order if not satisfied

Verified Buyer |Won’t return my money because they say no proof I called
Stop relying on electronic signals says you called or didnt call! Cause I called in May to stop my order from coming and sure enough I see the next month my credit card being charged!
I call and they basically say I was lying that they dont see I called and wont stop the order and Ill have to pay over 500 dollars for the order!
What happed to customer service? They offered me $50 really?
