I want to join and they won’t allow me to do it!
All I want to do is re-join and no one will answer my call. I can't use my computer. I have been advised to think about filing a lawsuit.

Order received totally melted. Took 1 hr 45 min to get a live agent.
They replaced the order, which also came melted but not as bad as the first order. They changed their shipping packaging, which I think could be the issue because I've never had this problem before. I have now been on hold for over 3 hrs, tired of listening to their crazy, stupid piano music and saying that they will be with me shortly! Forget about ordering the frozen items; they'll be delivered defrosted.
I'm done and looking to cancel my automatic delivery.
Summer isn't even here yet, and they're going to have a lot more melted deliveries. Be wary!!!

Lost 30 lbs when last on Nutrisystem....
- - Restarted Nutrisystem after prior weight loss; pricing fliers seen.
- - Three deliveries arrived in April; unauthorized fourth delivery; cancel failed.
Lost 30 lbs when last on Nutrisystem.
Decided recently to do the program again after receiving many fliers with good pricing
Spoke to a sales rep and found that person's presentation disorganized and unhelpful and high priced
Ordered three deliveries anyway expecting one delivery a month for three months.
The initial phone call took placed in March. All three deliveries arrived within close proximity to one another in April.
Luckily, I had freezer space. Paid for each delivery. Seriously concerned with how it was being handled.
A fourth, unauthorized delivery was scheduled and attempts to cancel that were fruitless. Moved the date to end of May to buy time.
Was not able to reach anyone at Nutrisystem: calls not picked up, chat disappeared, email not available or email returned undeliverable.
Coaching with person not possible. April and May booked totally. Nothing worked.
Could not make contact. Started mailing letters, and worried sick about Nutrisystem not letting me quit and delivering unauthorized orders.

Trying to cancel
Have been on hold for over an hour and a half trying to cancel my subscription. The chat on the web is totally worthless in contacting an agent as well. No matter how well the program performs, based on customer service like this, I will never subscribe again.

I have been waiting on hold for 2 hours in order to cancel my Auto Delivery account. This is beyond reason.

Nutrisystem holds you hostage
Never sign up for a company that will refuse to let you cancel unless you threaten them with a lawsuit. I don't need that extra stress. I am motivated to lose weight on my own now without expensive overly-processed food.

Customer service is really bad. Takes forever to talk to somebody a real person.
I finally got through to somebody on Chat was on hold for over three hours.
It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. You’re gonna wait a very, very, very long time.
Extremely bad communication as far as trying to get a hold of Nutrisystem; you never can get a hold of them. I was on hold for two hours. It's ridiculous.

Unable to reach by phone. Partially order recieved
- - The website provided no answers after a partial order.
- - Calls were on hold for hours; no counselors available for two months.
Went to website for answers after partial order received. None there.
Tried to call and on hold for hours. No one is working my guess. No appointments available with counselors next two months. My guess is there are no counselors now .
Sent message to customer service and got automated message. I had this happen before.
Never complained. I am complaining now as it is ridiculous
