I like the food and have had success losing weight when I was with them in the past (40+ lbs). This time when I signed up NO ONE told me they give you 20 days of food now instead of 28 and you have to cook for yourself the other 8 days - FOR THE SAME FULL PRICE AS BEFORE!!!

If I could lose weight on my own cooking, I wouldn't need Nutrisystem! VERY disappointed and will cancel after my obligatory 2nd shipment!

I think it is 22 days of food but the same principal applies, they have switched from 28 days of "food" to 28 days of "plan", which you may not appreciate the impact until you get your shipment and see all the empty space stuffed with packing material. Yes, they have slipped this in on the public with their sneaky marketing ways.

If NS was really so good why do they have to be so sneaky, taking advantage of vulnerable people trying to lose weight? As far as canceling, can't say that will be a pleasant experience, I have done it twice before. Make sure you take down date and times of calls, wait time, any names of people you can gather. Names may be fake so call time is important.

You might want to bookmark the PA Attorney General's Office (Consumer Complaints) and the Philadelphia BBB, just in case. This is a source of more abuse by NS, they may even cancel you but still charge your CC. Make sure you do not have any side orders beyond the main plan, those have to be canceled also. You may check with your CC Provider to see what your options are to freeze your account temporarily or let them know you will contest any charges they make against your will.

After all the complaints, they may have improved over last few years but just be ready to hear they criticize you, insult you, all the tricks they try. Good Luck!

I get a kick out of NS saying they can offer you full meal plans, but you would not like to hear the price they charge for that! But the best takeaway is to try to follow their little planner booklet as to what the smart carbs and power fuel items are, and stick to the plan in general, just not using their food.

Hi there, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the current plan! We do now have the Flex Plan to offer more flexibility for people to learn how to eat on their own and be able to enjoy meals with friends and family.

We do still have the option of having a full 7 day plan with no flex meals if you prefer.

Please give us an email at consumerexperience@nutrisystem.com if you need anything else or have any questions and we would be happy to help! -The Nutrisystem Consumer Experience Team

Right! But of course for more money!!

When before the consumer got 28dys for a price, now you get a week LESS for the same price!! Want that week? Like I said: more money. So are you really saving that awesome 50%????

40%????? *** no!
