They tricked me into auto delivery and charged me $125.00 to cancel. Rude, rip off specialists.

If their program was any good, they would have to resort to shifty marketing tactics. In addition, no info is available on their website concerning cancelling the products or auto delivery service. What a scam. Do not order nutisystem for men, it is a true ripoff.

Their customer service is terrible, they are only good at adding charges to you account. Do not do it. Do yourself a favor and step away from the website.

Read all of the complaints that are readily available. Most of the food is bland and is not worth the packaging you are overcharged for.

Unfortunately I had a similar experience. I canceled after five days of increasing stomach upset, with day five feeling like I was prepping for a colonoscopy, but the customer service guy acted as though he'd never heard of such a thing.

My fault for not doing more research but this company is good at getting the positive reviews pushed up in all the search engines. Back to trying to lose the weight with simple foods prepared at home.

The cancellation fee of $125 is just charged when a customer does not wish to take a second order.

When signing up for auto-delivery orders, our customers save 35% off the price of a one-time order. If a customer does not take a second order, they are not really using the auto-delivery but getting a one-time order, so the $125 is charged to make up for the 35% price difference.
