ordered the 28 day mens, received the women's plan. not too bad.
Opened the muffins to discover they were flattened. Then found out , via their email to me, I was in auto refill and if I cancelled they would charge me a large fee. Nowhere did I see a pop up or check a box for auto refill or see where a cancellation fee would charged. Must have been a prefilled box hidden in small print.
Tried to communicate on line in the portal and was told to call and they would cancel. Called and after about a 15 minute explanation the rep finally said they would NOT charge me a cancellation fee. Then received TWO emails stating they are charging me $125 for the privilege of cancelling.
I am also reporting this to the BBB and the Florida Dept. of Consumer affairs.
