Nutrisystem - Customer Service/Cancellation
I ordered my first month due to an advertised sale of 40% off. However, when you go to the page, you don't realize that the discount is based on automatic deliveries monthly.
Because I did not want that, I did not click the auto delivery key. Had I clicked it, I then would have read that you are required to get two months before being allowed to cancel. This is a hidden clause and can easily be overlooked. Its deceiving with an advertised sale.
If you don't click that key, you don't know what the consequences are. Even though they advertise cancel at any time. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I called 3 times to Nutrisystem and had some of the rudest exchanges ever and they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.
The sad part is that the cancellation fee is high ($125) and I would have probably ordered in the future but never again. I lost only 7 lbs in 5 weeks (I tried an over the counter kit first) by sticking strictly to the plan.
But this type of trickery left me feeling that I would never recommend it. Don't try and trick customers in to auto delivery because you will lose future business!!!

Preferred solution: Full refund.
Nutrisystem Cons: Cancellation and staff is beyond rude when cancelling.
