When microwaving foods by the instructions, the entrées are not fully cooked. Otherwise, the foods are delicious!
You even get to choose different items before your next shipment. My suggestion is 1 or 2 weeks before Nutrisystem begins to process next order.

You'd think a company whose ONLY job is to ship food could figure out how to actually ship it. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
If you'd like to stay on a diet for more than a month, this diet isn't it, as nearly every month, you will run out of food before your next order gets here. Even when I called to complain, I was told to move my order up by a week, which I did, and the order is STILL over 2 weeks late. Ordered on May 26, ran out of food on June 5, it is now June 10, and they STILL haven't shipped my order. Customer service is pretty useless.
Watch what happens below when they respond with an empty apology but no real results, and a prompt to contact customer service, who will AGAIN just issue an empty apology. Stay away from this poorly run company

Preferred solution: A affordable plan with real food not food that has been in a pouch for along time! I know you have better plans but affordability is a problem for Senior Citizens!

Nutrisystem-5 different accts-messed up on my selection-spoke with nice lady and said she understood because their system is so old so she was going to make sure I get the uniquely yours because I was sent basic and didnt want. She said no problem she understood and said she would transfer me.
When that dept. answered she was rude and I started to explain since the one that transferred me I thought for sure she would let that dept know what was going on. She was rude and curt and before I got another 5 words in I was hung up on asking me to fill out questionnaire. Unreal-this is the crap I have gone through is unreal.
I realized why that rude person hung up.
It was closed as their hours were now past my one minute.
What a screwed up place so I am back to square one. Im going to go to small claims court and get my money back for getting wrong plan which is NOT edible.

Horrible Customer service
As a first time user of Nutri system I was very happy to start my journey. However, I noticed that I was on a auto payment/ auto shipping without previous knowledge.
I made a call to get it sorted since I wasn't able to receive the food or have the payment post on my account. I was assisted by Rebecca who was very disrespectful kept on talking over me and screaming at me to let her speak. Then she kept on screaming "speak Speak " she kept on laughing, and not allowing me to speak. I did tell her I needed her name.
I also told her she needed to calm down that I was the costumer and that I wasn't being disrespectful. If you are trying to retain customers this is not a way to do it. Customer service representatives need to be trained on how to not scream at customers. the only thing I needed was to get my order stopped and my refund issued.
Apparently to do so I need to re send the package I was hoping to be a continuous client.. now I don't think I will.

We have yet to receive a response to our order shortage. We should get a refund from Nutrisystem, but I doubt if we will ever get a resolution for their mistake.
I have also cancelled my/our relationship with Nutrisystem. They are only interested in collecting money...
The frozen dinners were short 2 dinners. These are not acceptable to us.
Please remedy or no future orders will be coming from us. Tks, gf
