I called the morning they charged my Amex, and talked with customer service. I sent and e mail immediately as the office was closed at 6am when the charge hit.

I explained that I had enough food to reach my goal and please not to send the other shipments. She assured me I had caught it in time, and my charges would be reversed (first lie). Then I received the robo call saying the cold food was to be shipped. I called again and she said the robo may not have caught up with the cancel, but the cancel was in time and it was cancelled (second lie) and the charges would be reversed .

Then the cold food arrived anyway, if it shipped when they said it did which was 5 days prior it is no wonder the dry ice was completely gone and the cold food was mostly unfrozen the ice cream sandwiches were completely liquid.

I called customer service that day and explained the situation she checked the prior calls and conversations, and that we would receive a credit for the cold food. The credit I received was not the complete refund I had been promised (3rd lie). I called again the this guy once again said too bad, it shipped before you cancelled (4TH LIE).

The other representative said we did cancel in time. This is not a company you want to work with.

Stay clear and just do weight watcher and other frozen meals from Grocery store. Debbie

Reason of review: constant misrepresentation of product .

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Nutrisystem Pros: Shakes.

Nutrisystem Cons: Price, Cancellation policy.
